Ongig’s mission is to celebrate all people. So, I started a list of famous non binary celebrities who’ve found success. Not only have the 80+ folx on this list achieved greatness, but many have done it in a world where some people (wrongly) judge them by their gender identity.

80+ Non Binary Celebrities

Now, onto my list of celebs who are non binary. They include models, TikTok’ers, actors, athletes, activists, musicians & more.

Methodology & Disclaimer: I focused on listing people who have publicly come out as an NB, genderqueer, or genderfluid person in the LGBTQIA+ community. I list the sources at the bottom of this article… I’m not an expert on famous enby folx. The list is dynamic — I welcome feedback, additions, and edits!

Is Sam Smith non binary? Smith came out as NB in September 2019 with this social media post:

“Today is a good day so here goes. I’ve decided I am changing my pronouns to THEY/THEM. After a lifetime of being at war with my gender I’ve decided to embrace myself for who I am, inside and out.  I’m so excited and privileged to be surrounded by people that support me in this decision but I’ve been very nervous about announcing this because I care too much about what people think but f*** it! I understand there will be many mistakes and misgendering but all I ask is you please please try. I hope you can see me like I see myself now. Thank you.”

The tweet also included an image of Sam’s preferred pronouns:
