We found a surprising nugget at Amazon.jobs when we did our 20 of the Best Company Career Sites article. They now have an Amazon Candidate Experience microsite and on there was a one-line bullet claiming that Amazon now possesses a home-grown content management system allowing ALL employees to publish content on Amazon.jobs. Here’s the bullet (also pictured below):

“We built a custom content management system to allow employees across Amazon to create, preview, and publish content on Amazon.jobs”

It looks like the candidate experience CMS (Content Management System) allows teams to add photos to the numerous team/department microsites and perhaps their Pioneers page — here are some examples of Amazon.jobs pages that Amazon’s employee base might be contributing to through this CMS:
