The recruiting video has a creative “Off Camera” effect at the end (at 2:34) where the team member shows her authentic enthusiasm.
Beyond the video job description concept, kudos to Drybar for their focused positioning — they only do blowdrying/blowouts (their tagline is “no cuts, no color, just blowouts”). If your product brand can be that focused “just blowouts!”, then you can jump into the rest of your employer brand.
