According to Google Trends, Employer Branding interest has tripled over the last decade.
Roles have been reversed in the recruiting world. Now the employer is the seller and the candidate is the buyer, forcing employer’s to explore new ways to engage candidates.
One of these new ways is Employer Branding, the process of presenting a company as the employer of choice to a desired target group.
Since demand is far outweighing the supply of qualified talent (hence the term “war for talent”) we can expect employer branding interest to steadily increase.
