He told CNN he works 8 hours per weekday at Twitter and then walks 2 blocks to Square where he works another 8 hours…and each day has its own theme:
Monday: Management meetings and “running the company” work
Tuesday: Product development
Wednesday: Marketing, communications and growth
Thursday: Developers and partnerships
Friday: The company and its culture
Saturdays: Hiking
Sundays: Reflection, feedback and strategy
